A Note From Our Principal
April was a busy month! We had such a wonderful time celebrated Week of the Young Child and Earth Day! Our students learned all about the lifecycle of ladybugs and ways to keep the Earth clean. As we move into May, we are looking forward to celebrating our teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week and planning for a fun-filled summer.
Sincerely,
Amy Raymer
Teacher Appreciation Week
Please join us in celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week (May 2-6). Our enthusiastic and caring teachers make learning fun every day for our students.
We are doing an “Around the World” theme!
May 2nd – Favorite drink day: Bring your teacher their favorite coffee, tea, or gift card to “wake” them up
May 3rd—Italy: Pizza potluck
May 4th—Hong Kong: Chinese buffet
May 5th—Cinco de Mayo– Mexico: Nacho average taco bar
May 6th—Paris: Pastries arrangement
We will send more information via Links 2 Home soon.
In addition to the fun activities going on in our schools for Teacher Appreciation Week, we’d love if you would help us celebrate our teachers by thanking them with an online review. Keep an eye out for an email from us on how to do so!
Kindergarten Celebrations
We will celebrate the accomplishments of our Kindergarten students on June 10th. Your child’s teacher will be sending more information home soon.
Vacation Reminder
Please let us know in advance if you are planning on using your vacation credit to ensure that your account is not charged incorrectly. Thank you!
Backpack Refresh
Our students love spending time outdoors and we want to make sure we take ample advantage of the nice weather. Please make sure to refresh the spare clothing in your child’s backpack. Take home anything that no longer fits and leave a spare set of well-fitting, weather-appropriate clothes.
