A Note from Our Administration
Dear Families,
Happy April! This month, we are looking forward to discovering all the changes spring brings forth. This season provides a great opportunity for children to learn and grow as they discover new things in their environment. Our teachers are planning lots of fun outdoor adventures, lessons, picnics, and more! We are also excited to celebrate Week of the Young Child and Earth Day.
With love,
Vanessa, Michelle and Josie
Reminders:
Please make sure that your child has a spare set of well-fitting, weather-appropriate clothes that are labeled with their name in their cubby. Additionally, now is a great time to start collecting sunscreen. We ask that you apply sunscreen to your child in the morning and we will reapply in the afternoon after nap time. Please label all containers of sunscreen that you send to school with your child’s name.
Please ensure you are arriving to school each day by 9am each day. If you are running late or your child will be out for the day, please send a quick tadpole note or give a phone call so we can plan for the day ahead. We also ask that you do not pick up and drop off during nap time- 12:30-2:30. By doing so, it will ensure we are not disturbing the children during rest time and that we are able to maintain ratios while the teachers take their lunch breaks. If for some reason, there is a time you will need to pick up/drop off during these hours, please partner with the front office so we can accommodate your child.
